Bonfire Memorial
   I had to make a stop by the Bonfire Memorial before I left town. It was very interesting to see. Here have a look for yourself. The official Bonfire Memorial can be found at http://bonfirememorial.tamu.edu/

"The Last Corp Trip"

Some how I missed the next part so I copied it for ya'll to read.

First he surveyed the Aggie team
And in terms of an angel swore,
"By Jove, I do believe I've seen
This gallant group before.

I've seen them play since way back when,
And they've always had the grit;
I've seen 'em lose and I've seen 'em win
But I've never seen 'em quit.

No need for us to tarry here
Deciding upon their fates;
Tis plain as the halo on my head
That they've opened Heaven's gates.

The rest of the poem.

I don't know what it's from or where the Jazz music comes in, but it's good.

The first year Bonfire was built on campus.

History Walk with a granite stone for each year Bonfire burned.

Bronze plates making the three previous Bonfire related deaths.

A blank space for the only year prior to '99 when Bonfire didn't burn. I was in recognition of Kennedy being assassinated
